RPG provides a number of key reporting and management services to support merchant’s on-line payment requirements:

• Web based reporting interface for anytime, anywhere access to key information related transactions.  This interface is secure and authenticated by digital signatures 
   
• SMIME (encrypted email) based reporting of transactional information
   
• Downloadable Coma Separated Values (CSV) and Excel (XLS) formats to adapt to any custom reporting requirements
   
• Reconciliation tools to reconcile data between the merchant, and the bank
   
•  Transaction management support
   
• Detailed transaction history reports available on request
